Registration

If you haven't registered in advance, with your payment received by the Finance Minister no later than July 9th, you're not being included in the planning. We hate to turn people away, but we may. You MAY get tent space, if there's any left. You MAY get food, but you'll be last in line. Access to the beer is a MUCH touchier subject. You WILL still pay the same full fee immediately upon arrival, or be shown the road out.

Price

The "one price, all-inclusive" fee for 2025 is $$125/person, which covers:

Thu/Fri/Sat nights tent camping
Vehicle parking fees (if any)
Beverages (beer/cider/sodas/water)
Thu dinner
Fri/Sat Breakfast and Dinner
Sun no-host Breakfast
(Lunches are not provided, though snacks and beverages will be available all the time)

Click the PayPal button below to pay online. That is the preferred method. You don't have to join PayPal, you can simply use a major credit card just like you would any other online transaction. It saves the GPNDG a few bucks if you make a single payment for all the people you are registering, so please do that.

You may pay via VENMO, your credit card, your PayPal balance, or a check. Make the choice you prefer from the 3 options below, and continue as appropriate. Note that if you do send a check, IT MUST ARRIVE PRIOR TO July 9th. If not, then we won't buy any food or beer for you, and will consider you a "No Show".
